Valentine Ginger

Hi everyone! I finally have a finish to share w/you.......... a new pattern by Threadbare Primitives. I changed out her dress to be more for Valentine's Day, but I thought she turned out pretty cute! Man, these dolls are a lot of work, let me tell ya! I originally started to make these to sell, but after all the work involved, I think I've changed my mind ~ LOL!! But if anyone is interested, please shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do. I admire all of you who make these on a regular basis. Let me just say it's been about 3 yrs. since I've made one. I need more practice!

This is a real short one this time, but I promise to be back real soon w/some more finished items that I've been working on. I'm not used to only posting a few pics ~ LOL

I've decided to do more RAK this yr. and have already begun to send out a couple of boxes to some very special friends/followers. If you would like me to include your name ~ you need to be a follower of my blog. Please send me an email at(mylilcraftbarn@yahoo.com) and just put "RAK" in the subject line. Include your full name and address and I will pick from my followers every so often. You never know, there just might be a surprise from me when you least expect it! USA, Canada and the U.K. included.
***Edited to say ~ those of you who comment on a regular basis will be the first ones I send to.

Your quote for today: "Friends find joy in the pleasure of each other's company, the sound of each other's laughter, the fulfillment of each other's dreams."

Stay cozy and see ya back here again soon!

Hi Tanya - thank you for visiting my blog and your very nice comments. Your Ginger girl is so cute! Yes, doll making can take some time, but once you make a few, they really get so much easier. I love making my dolls and I'm sure you would too. I'm glad you entered my give away - I'm excited to see which home my little valentine will go to. Good luck!
Blessings,
PatC

Aw, what a cute ginger! I've not made a doll but they look like way too much work! I also admire those that crank them out in no time. You did a wonderful job on yours!

Oh my! She is the cutest thing! I agree with you on the labor involved. With most of my stuff and as slow as I am I could never recoup the $ for the amount of time involved.
