The header is a picture of our craft barn my hubby built for me a few yrs. ago to hold all my craft stuff! After closing my cross stitch store a few yrs. ago, I needed a place to go w/all my leftover STUFF, LOL. It is two stories and I gave my hubby the upstairs for his train room. He & I call it 'getting crafty'.
The 'runway' is no longer there, as it was replaced by a room addition at the back of our house.
Friendship Crossing was named for: where strangers cross paths to become friends. I hope to cross paths w/many of you through the blogging world. It sure looks like a lot of fun, so hopefully I'll learn the ropes soon. I have so much more to learn, so please feel free to comment on any advice you have for me, and in the mean time, thank you for your patience!
My hubby, "Mr. Fix-It", has ALMOST singlehandedly renovated our home this entire past yr. He added on a new addition which included knocking out a brick outside wall to double the size of our kitchen, a new laundry room, family room, a back deck and a new front porch. I get tired just watching him work everyday! LOL
We've had our house torn up in every direction, but now we're almost done w/it all, hallelu! I hope to show you pics of our house and also a lot of craft items I've made and maybe even a few recipes I've come to love.
